The onboarding is not free, we require a $150 deposit in order to get started, this $150 will include discovery, design, and shipping a demo of a single product.
12 units is the minimum order, assuming the demo product is approved.
Usually this is really fast. only day, however this does not count for delays or change requests in final approval.
